Our Story

One boy…

one girl…

fell in love and gave it a whirl…

Now, 17 years later…

A family of six.

Two boys                            Two girls

Two wildly in love parents

A mom saved from the snares of death and brought to new life again…

A love that triumphed over distance and illness…

a husband that hung on and didn’t let go…

a friendship that grew and a love that reignited…

a miracle baby that started a season of restoration that the Lord promised…

a miraculous healing from a life threatening anaphylactic allergy…

A family that has been tested and has bonded and grown closer together because of the trials.  A family that is thankful for all the Lord has done! One that has witnessed miracles first hand and longs to see more miracles on this earth!

I’ll never be able to thank the Lord enough for His hand of healing on my life and for “bringing me out of death to such marvelous life!” I am one blessed woman!!

“I will make up for the years of the locust, the great locust devastation…that great locust invasion sent your way. You’ll eat your fill of good food. You’ll be full of praises to God.” Joel 2:25

“You’ll be full of praises to your God, the God who has set you back on your heels in wonder.”

“Entreat me not to leave you, or turn back from following you; for where you go, I will go, and where you lodge, I will lodge.  Your people shall be my people, and your God, my God.  Where you die, I will die, and there I will be buried.  Thus may the Lord do to me and worse if anything but death separates you from me.”  Ruth 1:16-17

Follow along with us on our journey as we endeavor to follow the Lord’s guidance and will each day. It has been a tough road, but a good road.  We have so much to share and we hope it blesses you.   Also, check out our blog post Welcome to Homestead on the hill.
