I'm in gymnastics and after a long practice I'm hungry. This shake is a delicous healthy drink of protein after sports. Here's the recipe.
1 1/2 C. Almond milk
2 T. Unsweetened Peanut or Almond butter
1 T. blue agave, honey, or 4-6 drops stevia (Stevita brand is our favorite)
2 T. Maca powder (you can leave this out but it is sooooo good for you)
1 1/2 T. Choffy (drinkchoffy.com/vc5998)
1 c. Ice
Grind in a blender or our favorite, the Vitamix.
