Choffy Time Smoothie

This morning it was a Choffy kind of day.  I was wanting to try a new friend, Rachel’s recipe and I decided to switch it up a bit and use my Choffy.  Rachel has an awesome fb group and blog called Cultivate Adventure and she does health coaching in the KC area.  Her recipes use lots of her own grown veggies and fruits. With Rachel’s recipe on my phone, I set out to make a Choffy version for the hubs and I. I used:

2 frozen bananas
2 cups almond milk
1 cup Choffy (Artisan Cacoa ground beans) http://drinkchoffy.com
2 tsp maca powder (or chia or flax seeds)
2 T almond butter (you can use peanut)
2 T coconut oil (it was semi-solid form this morning)

I blended it all up in my new Vitamix and we slurped it down fast!! It tasted AMA-ZING!!! I then posted a pic to fb because I LOVED it so much!! Rachel, you inspire me!!! Thank you for allowing me to share the recipe with others!! I made up a batch of your 60 second Jam with our fresh berries and can’t wait to try it in the morning!!
